I've been pulling for Lupe since he first dropped, however the Dumb it Down song and video are mad boring (no hate and yes, I got all the metaphors/punchlines). I wish him the best though.

lupe fiasco is fucking trash..
the only good record he ever did was "push kick"
and that was because the beat was crazy
any real lyrical kat would have destroyed that beat
he made a alright record..

The music video obviously didn't cost that much to make. In addition, I think they puposely made the beat not-so-hot because the intention is to get people to listen.

Otherwise, I thought it was hott. Lupe is the best.

good shit. This trumps Lil Wayne and most of them wack dudes whole catalogs.
 
lupe looks hot because of the lack of lyrics. its just like 80's R and B when compared to its seventies counterpart.

i love luther vandross but he cannot compare to seventies artists. i'm not saying all of them were good, but overall quality was better.

this is the same for 2000 hiphop artists as opposed to the 90's. the prior work is better.

if everyone had their game right lupe would look average, very average. but i give him props for making a stance nonetheless.
