This had me messed up.

Thanks for posting this video. Yeah, I'm mad as shit about this too. I try my best to drink from glass and not plastic. Because I know my testosterone wasn't low as what it is now. So, I'm looking forward to change that and I'm gonna watch more of that brotha YouTube videos. I also go to blackdoctor.org website as well since they have valuable information over there as well.

romain lettuce.... all that green leafy shit is essential to maintain healthy testosterone levels...

and ginger is that shit.... I always add ginger to my green juices, that ginger works magic on testosterone

levels.. add in a healthy workout with the green juice, ginger and lemon at least three times a week, you beggin for a long healthy life!!!

I make a daily smoothie

2 cups of spinach
One frozen banana
2 tsp almond butter
1 cup of fruit (usually strawberries)
2 tsp of chia seeds
1 cup almond milk

Chase it with 2 tsp of psyllium mixed in a glass of water.

Since starting this regiment I don't bleed as much when I cut myself shaving

I remember a time sarsapariila was in my favorite soda.... Root Beer, bruh they had all kinds

of natural herbs in that bitch... Of course they made sure to take all that healthy stuff out..

good news... they got soda makers and you can make your own natural rootbeer..

my go to is,

Kale I use Dandelion kale but any kale or spinach would do
Celery.. I use the whole bag as this makes up for the little bit of juice you get with Greens
Parsely is great for an energy boost.... added chlorophyll and helps freshen breath
Apples apples help with the taste but is also a superfood as quiet as its kept
Lemon nice vit C... I put the whole lemon in their Peel and all
and last but not least Ginger.... I like ginger so I put a large root in that bitch.. but its spicy as fuk...

but if you are not a big fan of ginger, just put small amount in, break off bout an inch..

If you really need to sweeten up the juice you can throw in more apples, mix with pears to
