Low Fica, loan declined, have possible rental how can I make this work for me.

Delima: Fica Score about 585, was will'd a property only valued at 30k, need about 5k worth of work. Bank turned me down for a 5k loan. Rent from property could put everything back on track. Currently house is owned outright, no mortgage. Do I have any options?

There are a number of private lenders that will loan you $5k using the house as collateral. With your credit score the interest will be high. It's worth it if you are sure you can get it fixed and rented in short order. Of course the lender will want you to have a steady job and reasonable debt. Hope this helps.

next time sign up for lexington law firm credit repair repair. i went from 730's to 540 back up to 720 in less then a year. ended up costing about 800 bucks
