You have to figure out what is important. You can still live comfortable without a huge salary. If having a huge salary keeps you away from your family then that is something that one has to think about.

I do believe that excessive working can strain a relationship... It's happened to me and I didn't know what to do.
 
I think it is a lot harder to find love than its to find work ...... but for me it would be even harder to find some to love me if aint workin :)
 
It all depends on what is more important to you. I am not a big material person so as long as I am making enough money to live comfortable then I am good. I dont need to be making millions.​
 
If i had to choose, I would choose work because you can still fuck without love.

However, most stable people are able to find a nice balance. No need to live in extremes.
 
if you really really look at it you are in a lose lose situation.
A. If you work a good job really hard you will hear "you work to much you never have time for me"
B. If you work a shitty job where you make peanuts you will hear "you ain't shit you dont even make enough money to take care of me and our families needs"
Damned if you do damned it you don't. If you ask me i would rather have problem A eventually you will find a women with the same drive as you and she will understand your drive and together you two can build something beautiful together and 10 to 20 years down the road sit back and really enjoy what your have built.
 
I honestly think there is away to balance the two... on days when ur off from work why not make time for romance... it doesnt have to be anything fancy.

Uh no. The way the question is posed is stupid, no need to be extreme. Out of the two, I would choose work because you need money to live in the world. And you can still have sex and not be in love.

I don't. CAN YOU READ?? Lemme break it down.

You choose LOVE, you have a great relationship, but you're broke and can't really function in life successfully.

You choose WORK, you don't have a great relationship, but you have enough capital to live very very comfortably. You still have access to sex, which is an important part of relationships, you just don't have love. And since most people don't find true love anyway, THIS seems to be the reasonable choice, if you're thinking with your mind.
