Its clear that we have some of the board that dont like the Minister...and some that do. But at the end of the day 80% of the folks in this thread are JUST typing....until they bring something valuable to the table.

As of right now...out of all the ones that dont like the Minister's approach...only one has offered another solution. And that solution didnt even make sense..... (vote for a Black person).

There is no one solution to any problem. One way you can start is from within. Never put your faith in a so called "black leader".;) You're a grown azz man...Why do you need to look for guidance from another man?:confused:

The NOI has been putting in work. The asking for the 10,000 brothers is to teach them how to take care of the neighborhoods and be leaders. The talk on this board is very ignorant. The NOI has been accused of not sharing there teachings with the main stream unless they join the NOI. They are now trying to do that. That is the purpose of the Million Man March which I will be attending.

Too many black people just criticize shit to sound intelligent. True the NOI has been around 85 plus years. Why is it their job to be the only organization to help a bunch of shiftless damn negros ? Does the NOI have enough members to patrol every hood in America ?(All the NOI members I know have job's or their own business) hell NO Think how foolish some of you guys sound.

All the other organizations have integrated and sold out. Farrakhan is old he has done his work where are the new leaders ? You live and learn the NOI is trying to improve on the first march.

I'm glad I know enough to stfu when I don't know what I'm talking about. I will be at the March for the countless opportunities to build with my brother's.

I never stated that I put my faith in anyone. But I do listen to the Minister from time to time......pick out bits and pieces of what makes sense to me...and then add to the other stuff that ive complied. After that, i choose my own lane.

I dont believe in Islam, Christianity or none of the other related religious bs. But ive still be able to read their "good books" and found some useful information. Get it??

Malcolm X may have been more intelligent and a better leader...but im not gonna allow his death to make me bitter and miss out of receiving some good knowledge.

I can hear about self sufficiency via Farrakhan.....then flip to Jesse and AL and hear creating coalitions w/ people (Mexicans) who dont like Black folks .

As we should look at the whole individual. Like I said before nobody is above reproach.

The Farrakhan defenders have yet to defend the scientology nonsense or his white in laws. A practice that is in direct opposition to his mentor's teachings. That says a lot about his character.

I cant speak on that scientology shit, but Im not a follower or member of the NOI so I could care less. That's something they would have to speak on. And as far as having white in laws, his mentor's mentor was a white man himself so I dont see how he would be trippin bout that.
