Good to know information because from what I've understood or have been told is that the person with this tattoo
had killed someone not by accident but murdered premeditavely.
But I always wondered why a person who has committed a murder would advertise it to the world with a skin tattoo indicating such.
It's self snitching if you've actually murdered someone and if someone is wearing this tattoo as a thug fashion statement it could bring the wrong kind of attention from a variety of gang fractions and law enforcement especially if someone happens to be murdered in your community.
Even if you've never harmed anyone in your life this tattoo signifies that you are a killer in the mind of law enforcement if they are canvassing the neighborhood for suspects.
