When you need a workout go to 4Star Gym in El Segundo, on Main Street between Pine and Holly. Walk in workouts are $5. Place used to be owned by the Bruh who used to own Bare Elegance and the Jet Strip, which is a whole other story. Do your usual bench workout, they will love that shit. Instead of paying leave a note in the stainless steel box that says "Cody will collect from the SUV attorney." Then go to Starz and tip a sistah with the $5.

Besides the taco trucks and king taco hood type spots, if you want fancy mexican make sure you go to Javier's, the Crystal Cove Location in the OC always got the exotic/luxury cars out there and on Friday and Sat nights its was my spot to go scoop up these white rich divorced cougars that had the fat divorce settlements living in their $30mil+ Newport Coast Estates and shit. La Scala in Beverly Hills for the best Spaghetti Bolognese in the world, Republique and Bottega Louie are both dope for brunch. Just about anywhere in K Town will have good Korean food. Daikokuya in Little Tokyo for some good Ramen, other good spots for japanese food around there as well

Love the Newport Coast/Laguna Beach area. That shit is what everyone envisions as California. Its the stereotype. Javiers(Javiers in Century City aint quite the OG), Mastros Ocean Club & one of my old favorites was Sutra Lounge(RIP). The homie Skee would spin all the time, we would go down there bop all kind overly muscled juiced white boys into stoopers from overconfidence from the 8 million UFC gyms in OC stealing money. All that training is wasted when you cant take a tap on the button.

I could live in OC all day if it was more flavor there just off the scenery. All you got is Kobe, Cory Magette & few Black folks that dont know the code tucking they head down when you pass another brother on some "Get Out" shit.:lol: For the record you always speak to another brother in extremely white environments. With all the noodle spots. Im extra peppers. The alpha hangover food NO DOUBT. The Asian soups, Japanese, Thai, Cambodian, Viet cong etc. Have you sweating & blowing your nose. When you're done refreshed, coconut water. Take a nap, work out & then get on the horn & be like we gone do it again...

The popularity of 2 shows The OC and Laguna Beach coming out and being hot in that early-mid 2000s era really made that South OC area into folks everywhere around the country's vision of CA as a big ass state, shit even ppl from the bay where I was from did but as you know being a Town nigga how different the Bay and SoCal are. Sutra Lounge def used to be lit, yeah Javier's Century City is more convenient for LA folks but def not the same vibe. You're not even exaggerating on all them UFC/MMA gyms down there, UFC gym membership and liquor courage is def the formula that'll have some of them white boys become real bold. Overall, I think all OC got over LA is nice roads, easier parking, and more beautiful beaches. Cambodia Town on the east side in LB got lota good lil hole in the wall spots, pho is def the best hangover food.

See I learned this lessons earlier on in my life. Let me tell you a story about how this one white hoe ruined folks lives. We had this freaky ass white girl when I was in the military that all the black dudes would run a train on regularly. She was this lil nerdy cute ginger bitch who loved to get fucked especially by us. Well to make a long story one lonely night when I was in a drought I almost went through with training that Bitch. What made me change my mind was when I saw all the dudes that was showing up. I was like damn for one chick! Naw fam this shit just gay I can’t Fuxk wit it so I bounced. Now funny thing is she was with it and this wasn’t her first ride but as the rumors begin to fly around about her being a hoe she claimed she was raped and all them dudes got busted. Fast foward a few months afterwards she told the higher ups she was lying about.


So yea I’m glad I avoided all that......

Headed to LA 7/11 - 7/14 with the fellas. Been to LA plenty of times, but always with the family/chic I was dating so I know all the tourists spots and restaurants. I need info on the night life, clubs and bars (black and/or mixed crowds). No strip clubs.

Any advice?

Crustaceans- even tho we have one in SF, this one is the best, may see a few celebs
