As far as I can tell his numbers are wrong on number of deaths. WHO and CDC have the total number of known deaths from EBOLA at less than 7,000 since the virus was discovered or manufactured. Unless there is some major shift in it's transmission I think this is a poor tool for population control.
theres a lot of things used to control the population...not just bacterias. so can Ebola be used to control the population? It believable. But imho, its much deeper than that.

Interesting science behind it, but i think you would need a certain dosage in order to kill infections that have got out of control. Will that dosage be safe enough for your body is the question.
