Looking For Some Ideas

Whats Good People Im looking for some Ideas I just don't know where to start. Curently Im in the process of refinancing my home, Im pulilng out some cash some going to have like 25g's to work with.. I thought about investing in some real-estate, but I really don't know where to start or how to get started.. I live in Orlando, right now one of the most popular things that they are doing down here is converting apartments into condo's, but I was just looking for infomation because I wanted to try to make some money on my own, anyone have any suggestions it will greatly be appreciated..

I think pulling money out is ok if you are desciplined and you have done your homework as to what you will do with the cash.

I am thinking that now if you can pull cash out at 5-6% and stash it somewhere that you can make @ least 10% on then you be straight. Then it's ok.

As the interest rates goes up then you will have cheap money at your disposal.

The problem that most folks including myself have with this is that we are not desciplined to pull it off. Like when I pulled out my 40k out of my house a lot of things start going wrong that needed money to be spent on and it became very easy to rationalize spending cheap money.
