Look what i found for $130k :-o

i just didn't like the fact that so many of the houses where i was at had rocks for lawns.

but lawd hammercy i partied for 14 days straight. barely made it out of that muhfucka alive

maaaaan, it looks drier than camel dandruff out there.

i don't think i could handle the LACK of moisture; it's green year round in Louisiana... always wet & fertile.

nice find, but i couldn't stand the dry heat and being so cot damn close to my neighbors.

i could swear i saw that exact same house being fixed up on that show that comes on A&E on saturday mornings. flipping vegas or whatever it is called

daaaamn thats a nice house for that price, why is property so cheap, with such nice craftsmanship in Atlanta? are jobs hard to find or something
There was a time when the prices were so high that banks were loaning more than the houses were worth. Now most people are bailing out and the banks will take any reasonable price that they can get. My office does short sale negotiations and we see all types of ridiculous deals.

@ trying to flip a house in one of the worst housing markets in the country..
are u retarded? I was saying what does it matter if ur not trying to flip it.. As in if ur buying it to live in it u dumb fuck.. learn to read bitch

Exactly, it does not matter. What's your point? There are many more beautiful homes. Do you have any more pictures?

I mean, you emphasized the price of the house in the heading as if it was very important to you or as if it was a killer deal.

in my opinion it is a killer deal especially when i grew up in a $300k house in the middle of a gang infested ghetto hood.. $130k for a house that would run for $800k or more in l.a. thats a killer deal bro

shit I think Id stretch myself a tad on the mortgage and go for this @314K the rates are still below 4.5%, little down payment, easily get that payment under 2K, even the most basic job can pay that, parking cars at any of the major hotels.

You don't value a house based on your personal experience
. I am telling you about what the house is worth based on market values. I only deal with real estate every day, so what do I know.

it aint even like that bro.. im willing to be schooled especially by you.. so when u said its worth 130k my question was would that matter to someone that isnt trying to flip it or resell it.. what if im just trying to live in the home.. shouldnt the cheap price be a deal breaker for me???

It's just like buying a car, you don't pay the asking price just because you plan to own it for 10 years. You look at what others are paying in a similar market. That house is not in California or Lekki Beach, It's in depressed Las Vegas.

The price for that house is about right, but since it clearly says it's a short sale, there's still some room to go down.

Ya I feel you on this big time...house I was in in BK was 3 BR w/ 1.5 bathrooms...rooms were small...very small backyard...attached to one house and a stone's throw from another house...sold for close to 400K...the house you posted has decent sized space/rooms...w/ a lot of backyard...granted it's dry as camel dandruff as Max said  I like the price tho

The price of real estate in l.a. had nothing to do with whether this house is s deal or not.

Interesting. Care to explain this a little more?
Investors are now overbidding for these homes and it's making first time buyers overpay for a house, so there is an artificial price increase starting to happen again.

They was throwing 40 grand no experience at teacher's like it was nothing, not understanding growth comes with it's own set of problems.
