Look what i found for $130k :-o

Not a bad area. Was actually in that area the other day
It's just so far out from the city.

Damn.. In Las Vegas?.. 4 Bed, 3 Bath, a 3 Car Garage... That house must have been a major crime scene of some sort..

I remember seeing a special about ppl not being able to afford homes anymore in Vegas some years ago...ppl were abandoning homes/neighborhoods in droves...I remember they showed one family and their home...they were the only ppl in the neighborhood...literally everyone else had left...they couldn't afford the mortgage...so they just stopped paying + moved out...a lot of homes got foreclosed...I'm sure there are a lot more decent homes to be had out there on the low

yup it's hitting there super hard. a family member almost went through that same thing, luckily they were able to find a solid gig again and keep their house.

thanks. if you like the desert you'll like vegas. its 2 worlds really. those that visit and those that live, it'll just be easier for you to find a dope ass party when you're in the party mood is all lol otherwise you'd be living a normal life just like you are now..in my experiences of going there to visit

Ya that's what I really liked about it...the neighborhoods had homes that were spaced out + quiet but you always have access to the strip and they were in somewhat close proximity

WHAT DOES THAT MATTER IF UR NOT TRYING TO FLIP OR RESELL IT:confused:
Exactly, it does not matter. What's your point? There are many more beautiful homes. Do you have any more pictures?

I mean, you emphasized the price of the house in the heading as if it was very important to you or as if it was a killer deal.

i just didn't like the fact that so many of the houses where i was at had rocks for lawns.

but lawd hammercy i partied for 14 days straight. barely made it out of that muhfucka alive

shit I think Id stretch myself a tad on the mortgage and go for this @314K the rates are still below 4.5%, little down payment, easily get that payment under 2K, even the most basic job can pay that, parking cars at any of the major hotels.

shit Las Vegas is CHEAP, I did not realize prices dropped that low

Now that's nice but $314k is a big stretch. I am sure that it will sell for less.
This house was $350k in South of Atlanta. We did a short sale on it for $300k. It was originally bought for $550k in 2006
