Yeah...New Cassel is the asshole of Westbury, The funny thing about New Cassel was that depending on which block you were on, it either looked like a decent suburban neighborhood, or it looked like the straight hood. You would get comments like..."you don't look like you're from New Cassel"...whatever the fuck that meant.

New Cassel - holy shit, I'm completely forgot about that town!
You rarely met black people from there, and when you did, you thought they were from some far off land.

The only thing that ever came out of "The Castle" was Zendon Hamilton - who did well at Saint John's w/Felipe Lopez, but was a marginal player in the NBA.

I remember playing with him and Mike James in some Intercounty H.S. Long Island All-Star thing back in 91-92...
