Got to disagree it's exactly the same. What the person said and it's really true is that no one talked about their health all they talked about was their talent. The "healthy/unhealthy" comments is a subtle way of saying if you are gonna show it, lose weight. No one in their right mind is gonna publicly say, "your body looks disgusting".
