Your last phrase is correct. That's not how the real world works. In the real world, you have to take responsibility for your actions, regardless of what they are. Sex always has the potential to result in reproduction. Always. No form of contraception is fool-proof. If you can't fully accept that, then you need to either stop fucking or get into a strict long-term monogamous relationship with someone who is on the same page as you.

This issue really speaks to a deeper problem in the black community of not wanting to properly plan a family.

Listen if two parnters agree on something, they should keep that promise, not use it as an opportunity to trick or destroy the other ones life... Women who do this to men are nothing but the female version of men who slip drugs in the drink of women to rape them... The only difference is one action is being supported by the law often rewarding them with money and a place to live, while the other can result in a male being in jail for 15 years....
 
so i take it from some of these responses, its all the mans fault no matter what. the woman is exempt from any responsibility of the choice to bring a child in this world and thus should be compensated for 18 yrs. and if the case presents itself that the child does not belong to said man, he STILL must take care of the child.

In most cases the child is with the mother. The most. In most cases the father moves out or they never lived with the father. In most cases the father is not capable of taking care of the child/dren. In cases where the child lives with the mother in a house in a neighborhood the child is familiar with. That's why. The courts know it. Everyone in the damn courtroom knows it and in your deep parts you dudes know it too. The court is meant to render you powerless and make your natural bestial inclinations ineffective. It's supposed to be an even field in which the law rules and you can't do whatever the hell you want.
