45y0es...god yes. little hoodrat chick with a kid who was always late with rent, kid effing up stuff in the house and her pouring grease down the effing kitchen sink. stopped that sink up too many times to count. had to call a plumber 1 or 2 times a month. this was on a brand new though cheaply built house. but it was nice, and new when she moved in. plus she wanted to buy it...keep stringing me along swearing she was going to buy it, but was lying all along. but she stayed there. finally it cost more money to upkeep than it was worth.

when it comes to data recovery.....there is no privacy really.
just be careful with whom you allow to recover your data.
alot of people will go the cheap route and browse CL. other companies can charge anywhere from $700 - $5000 for data recovery.
I charge less than $100. right now, i have the capacity to recover up to 4TB of data. but i havent come across anybody that
needed that much data recovered. usually its 500gb or 1TB
