Hey ladies of BGOL I have a sincere question as the american commercially recognized traditional day of showing love and affection approaches soon,
I want to know honestly how do women feel about getting Lingerie as a gift (among other things of course ;)).
Do you consider this a selfish act on a man's part?
Is it something you actually appreciate and look forward to?
Do you prefer to buy your own lingerie?
Would you rather your man find more creative ways to celebrate Valentine's Day?

I hate Valentines Day as well. It's cute and all, and I'm not knocking anyone who celebrates it, but do not wait till Feb. 14th to come around to show me how much you care. But I do love me some lingerie. I'll wear it all; PJ's, teddies, body stockings, corsets, gowns, etc.

Don't do V Day. If I do wear lingere gotta be something that makes me feel like I'm naked. Why? Well I prefer to be naked.

I don't think the act is selfish. Men are visual creatures so he will want to see his partner in something that appeals to him visually.
