Your Gmail can be used over and over again, with no one the wiser

Your Gmail account has an unlimited number of addresses you can use whenever you want, fooling everyone from Netflix to spammers alike.

  1. Type + after user name
  2. Include periods (.)
  3. Use googlemail.com instead of gmail.com
As examples, I could type jake+facebook@gmail.com or j.a.k.e@gmail.com
or jake@googlemail.com and they all forward to jake@gmail.com

On the one hand, it’s a great trick for figuring out where your spam emails are coming from. You could get in the habit of applying an appropriate plus address to whichever service you’re signing up for.

On the other hand, though, it’s the perfect temporary email factory for free trials. Forget about opening a new Gmail account every time you want to watch a show for free.

The plus doesnt work all the time. Also if you sign up to a site with the plus and need to reply to the exact email you signed up with you wont be able to do it. Using periods work much better.

Best thing to do is buy your own domain then you can truly have unlimited emails.
