LGBT -How is using the correct Bathroom a violation of Civil Rights?

There was never a real established law on mens and womens restrooms to begin with.
If you wre male, you go into the male restroom
If you are female, you go into the female restroom
It's not about the shit and piss being ejected from a persons body.
It was a show of respect and courtesy to say,
- Hey women and men can't be in the same restroom together because they might have sex.
- Or the other reason is to protect one sex from seeing the opposite sex's genitals... but it's ok to see same sex genitals (thats kinda gay if you ask me
Now, I was kinda really pissed of one day at a mall restroom when a dad brought his daughter in
the men's restroom. I'm at a urinal, and dude goes to the urinal next to me, breaking the one-space urinal rule.
The other urinals were in use, so he should have waited - Thats the rule.
Now, this white dude has his maybe 10 year old daughter facing his backside standing right behind him while he pees.
He was wrong as rain for that. What if she saw my dick? It's his fault if he scarred her from ever wanting anything except a Black man now.

You should be watching your kid no matter what in a bathroom with multiple stalls . You see the easy fix is to designate a family/non gender one toilet bathroom anyone can use. But the repubs aren't doing this for solutions

The Civil Rights Act doesn't mention anything about biological sex.
The NC law states:
Single-Sex Multiple Occupancy Bathroom and Changing Facilities. – Public agencies shall require every multiple occupancy bathroom or changing facility to be designated for and only used by persons based on their biological sex.
They added in the language of Biological sex to try to be in compliance, but by it's very nature it discriminates against all sexes.
If this stands... then what is it stop North Carolina from writing laws to racially discriminate against "mixed" race people because they don't identify with the race that listed on their birth certificate.
Do I love transexuals? Nope... I'm indifferent to their cause, but I'm strongly against discrimination in any shape or form.
This law is going to get overturned and it needs to be overturned.

Bold is where your argument took a turn.....can t use race discrimination to justify issues related to gender.
I'm looking at the pure reading of the law. Everyone focuses on Race...... but Discrimination is discrimination. If this law is allowed then it creates a precedent that could be used to test further cracks in the civil rights act.
All it takes are a couple judges to say... "You know what I think the Act was meant to focus on the biological sex and the identified sex of the individual" and then you will have a snowball effect. I don't see a judge every saying this, but I do think minorities need to pay attention to all of these random bills that are popping up that seem to directly attack bits and pieces of the Civil Rights Act.

Personally I dont give a shit, but the phony outrage using extreme examples is what I dont get. Bathrooms arent regulated, or monitored now. Yet all these examples of molestation, and rape arent happening like that. I dont think you have a bunch of people just waiting to do foul shit once a bill passes.
