Can someone explain to me the fascination with getting them back in DC? Is is because you feel the glory days will be back since you guys have been ass city since moving to Landover?

RFK was the first stadium built for the Redskins.....They shared a stadium with the Washington Nationals (baseball team) up until 1960....

Being back in DC, people can get to the stadium better than being out in Maryland....Metro stop, buses, and even a bike trail behind the stadium for people to get too...

Plus it sits off the anacostia river

Off the top of my head, the taxes in Maryland are getting ridiculous. It’s getting harder to do business in Maryland. Also, that land at RFK is undervalued. I was there last summer, it was only a matter of time. 20 years from now They gonna refer to 210 as The Oregon Trail for black folk.

It's football regardless if you disagree with it being in a dome..

Almost every Superbowl was in a DOME.

yeah and most of them were boring asf

football football isn't played in a dome and those boys are wearing shorts and no pads

That's your opinion and you're entitled to it but others think otherwise especially the NFL ratings being high with games being in the DOME.

Bowser just won herself another term.
Gentrification is gonna be booming. Whenever there is a new facility being built it causes gentrification.
Already the most gentrified city in America. This wont move that needle. That area was 90% Black during most of RFKs active years.. Currently its about 70%. By 2030 it'll be and stable off in the 60s.

Do why for NFL stadiums they are always under 90k capacity. Michigan Wolverines can rock 100k. Was there a census that 90k is too much for NFL teams.

Dallas can hit 105k with standing room but if not it's 80k.

Just curious
