Props to Marbury, for doing this. I can't see paying $150 for tennis shoes. Thats crazy, maybe if i was in the NBA and they were paying me to wear them, so even then I wouldn't pay that much for tennis shoes. Now a good pair of dress shoes, yes, I've paid up to $500, and they are worth every penny. The all day comfort of good shoes are worth the price, especially when you are on your feet all day long. Just don't see tennis shoes, especially basketball shoes, that high of a price for kids, that are just wearing them for school and liesure.

I know more than a few like about 12 kids from my hometown that fucked up their foot/ankles this season wearing those. Steve and Barry has alot of affordable products, they just arent durable. Far as comparing the New Lebrons to the Marburys...the new Brons are Foamposites..the best basketball shoe ever, them shits last 30 years with the same comfort.

I have played ball in all kinds of shoes and for me a pair of Chuck Taylors is all I ever needed. When a brother showed up with all Nike gear his ass got picked last cuz we knew he couldn't ball. A pair of $150 shoes may add a 1/2 inch more in your jumps but it ain't gonna improve your game. The greatest marketing coo in the last 20 years has been committed by Nike.
