Agreed he should be forcing the team to improve and that should be done in private...the things he said are not for public consumption..and what LBJ said was about his team and management and ownership..I'm not sure how any of you can justify talking about private affairs to the public...what if other members of his team did that? What if lue berated his players in public? I think he has every right to want to improve his team but when one makes shit public then one has to absorb what the public says.....
Sometimes it takes public pressure to light a fire under people. If Lebron says the team needs to be adjusted, the local who pay for the tickets and support the team are going to fall in line...puts pressure on management. Lebron is smart.
Lue scolding a player in public isn't even the same issue. You don't need to apply public pressure to a player in that way and if you do you've already lost the team. Management is a different issue because they can hide. Now the media is writing about the Cavs' personnel.
The Cavs are historically incompetent. It's not like management has gotten any better... Lebron is there.. that's all. He's making them do their jobs and not just depend on him.
