Lawsuit 1/22

This is why homeschooling is dangerous.

That is not what it says....

naw it’s no schooling

I know what it said

i was connecting the possession of a firearm charge to the conviction in 1994

Guess I should’ve stated that, for our extra smart members

You think the world is full of folks....that are smart? Can a state certified teacher...homeschool her own kid? Brah

I know it is actually the opposite.

If she don't have to work..

Or maybe just start he own kid off with night school..

They don't run social security numbers at traffic stops.

They won't know the name age address or driving record if the car was not registered to him ...

But if a warrant came back there should have been a description that included race and age....

It was definitely some bullshit as Henderson is 80% white ,5% black.

Dude was profiled and they went no further than the name and warrant.Got them a ninja

In most states, you are required to have your license in your possession if you are operating a vehicle on a public street.

It shouldn't have taken 6 days once he was taken to the police station. If he wasn't identified and charged they should have held him for 24 to 72 hours based on jurisdiction but not longer than that.

Right.

That’s why I said he should have called dispatch with the social security to know if he had criminal history. If he would’ve did that this would’ve taken care of sooner.

Six days and the dude is white, that was negligent as fuck. But they never admit they are wrong.

This is why I would try to get 1 million or 1.5 mill from them

It was 6 days and 2 different police departments......the "error" wasn't noticed until his public defender gave the evidence on Shane Neil Brown at Shane Lee Brown's court hearing that his charges were dismissed and he was let go...... Henderson and LV metro police didn't even look at the description on the warrant....just the first and last name

How TF do you get transferred between 2 different jails and still have to wait 6 days for them to realize IN COURT that the warrant is not for you?

When I was trying to get the felony off my record. I filed a motion for a new trial.

It was granted, and the judgment was the charging document was dismissed and the felony was set aside.

good news right?

Well years later I was working as a consultant in charge of a region for a national project.

So I did such a great job that anyone hired nationally for this project had to come spend a week with me for training

I did so well they wanted to hire me as a FTE and I was asked to give them a number and anything else that would be a deal-breaker.I was getting my way.

So I accepted and during the background check part the felony showed up...

Long story short the court clerk never filed the judgement with their state police whci is where the FRI gets their data when doing background checks.

SO not only did they recind the offer but I could no longer work there as a onsultant.

All because the clerk didn't file paperwork...
