Bruh...Im a Laker fan and have been for years. I was pulling for the Lakers to draft Lonzo, was hyped with his summer league play and kept giving him passes during his regular season play. I've come to realization that Lonzo just isn't that great. Mentallly he is fragile and his play matches that. He is soft as ish and doesn't show that will to win. He is lucky he is a #2 draft pick or else he would've already been committed to coming off the bench. In reality, Clarkson should be starting over him. Lavar better stop worrying about Lonzo and let him do his thing. He's made it already. He need to just let LeAngelo manage his BBB brand cause he isn't good enough to make the league. He just gotta watch the books cause that lil nicca steals. His sole focus should be on Mello and at least get him good enough for the league. Get him to put on some weight, work on his hops and start getting him to change his release cause he shoot damn near like Lonzo.

Difference between Lonzo and Ingram is Ingram ALWAYS had that dog in him. Lonzo is soft as fuck. Derrick Coleman soft. May give you some decent stats but has no real impact on the game. They literally were saying their father was failing them by taking them out of the elite tennis academies at such a young age. Richard Williams showed them all his way was better.

Lavar wants to do the same with his two younger sons. Now it might all blow up in his face. It might end up really bad. Or, it could create a new pipeline for bball talent to skip some HS and get training/payment for bball overseas similar to guys like Christian Pulisic did with soccer in Germany. Who knows.
