Get a Salone Suite at the Bellagio (with fountain view) and watch the fountains. Go see "Fantasy" at Luxor, walk the strip, go see Valley of Fire State Park, Planet Hollywood Casino offers free drinks, Fremont street experience if you don't live in NY.
I was in Vegas two weeks ago and I stayed for 4 days. Didn't do the club thing, but you'll find what you like very easy.
As far as food, Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, a bit pricey but worth it. The best buffet in Vegas.
Best seafood buffet in Vegas is at the Rio. It's near the registration desk.
I did the Zip like under the Frontier St Canopy. They have two rides, one where you sit and the other, higher longer one where you fly like Superman.
There's another Zip line on top of the Rio, 500 feet above the casino and pool, forwards and backwards.
Exotics cars for rent, 4-hour, 8-hour, and daily rentals if that's your thing.
The Cherry Ranch, made recently infamous by Lamar, is a little over an hour away near Parhump, NV, (in Crystal, NV) west of the City in the middle of nowhere.
