Isn't the Bronx the last ungentrified portion of New York with cheap rent?

Bronx is not cheap. Put it like this, I just moved from there and my rent in Tampa, is twice as less than it was in the Bronx.

No. I lived in Parkchester, upon leaving, my rent was 1450 for a two bedroom. I now have a two bedroom for 787, which includes garbage pick up and water bill. The community has a pool and gym, I'm renting a washer and dryer, and no need to pay to park.

My car note, rent, car insurance, electricity and cable bill is about as much as my total rent was in the Bronx.

Which is bigger Sq ft wise as Parchester's been known to have some of the biggest apt throughout.
