Back in '98, I coached a little kids team. The team had one REALLY good player, and the rest were decent to trash. It was pretty easy to coach that team, 'cause all I had to do was given the damn good kid the ball, and everyone ate what he left over.
In '00, I coached a team that had a good no. of kids that were good. I actually struggled a little with that team, because the kids that were good knew they were good, and I had to figure out how to utilize all the talent I had, and keep all the kids happy that were actually good players.
The former was a lot easier to do than the latter.
Mike Brown's job was easy in Cleveland. All he had to do was give the ball to Lebron, and make sure Delonte took his Zoloft, and the Cavs were good.
Unless they are bringing back Phil Jackson to save the day this was dumb

How do you explain him losing in the Finals, against a team whose star was inferior to him, and probably inferior to his second guy?
