Ladies Upset when Caught Shoplifting in Philly

Broads better learn how to take a L, shit went from one petty charge to multiple

... and she still talking super shit all the way to the car. Something tells me she learned absolutely nothing from this and she'll be back in jail sometime soon. :smh: And it will all be someone else's fault.

Like I said before,

“The store owner isn't the smartest person. The store owner should have hired a SPO (Security guard with arrest powers) if he wants to detain every person that steals from his store. What he should have done is tell the defendant to pay for the product, took a picture of the defendant (to barred them), then call the police. Once the police came to the scene, show the police the video so he can get report numbers to give to his insurance (to replace any damages or money that were took). I would have advised the store owner that if the women come back, call 911 so we can barred the women or arrest them for theft two.”

Wait , they can lock everyone in? Or just the shoplifters, and it ain't nothing in 711 worth that much drama

...

Though these laws vary, store owners and their employees generally are allowed to detain an individual when they have probable cause to suspect shoplifting. However, any such detention of a suspected shoplifter must be reasonable in length and manner.

She got what she got. Then to flip all the way out and destroy property... chucking product across the store and actin a complete fool. Naw, they both played themselves; period.

And the instigating crew outside was NO help. Screaming BLM in that situation (when the female initiated the contact) undermines the legitimate argument behind the movement. A great look at how not to handle yourself A-Z... bystander- accused.

And all that for an item that likely cost less than $5. Now, potentially, aggravated assault (although I really hope not- bc it's a police officer), resisting arrest, destruction of property, and lord knows what else.
