Started a new job a Couple weeks ago. My new boss has been very friendly. She walks by and bumps me,roll's her eyes,throws things at me,and she always finds a way to play fuss with me..Honestly I never payed it any attention,but an older female co-worker ask me"you cant tell she got the hots for you?"

I have never been good with picking up on when im being flirted with...
Anyway,,,Thurs&Fri She didn't say one word to me...Just avoided me completely. Wouldn't even look at me.. And we the only two people there for like 2 hours in the mornings!

So my question is..Did I upset her by not reacting to her flirting with me?
Do women take that as rejection?
And I dont mix business with pleasure,but a closed mouth dont get fed,lol..

Now im feeling like she plotting on me,lol
 
Sounds like she may be really playful or have a mini-crush on you. I think you should continue to be oblivious, just in case she never flirts with you again. Wait until she says something that really let's you know she is interested: 'We should grab coffee sometime'; 'Do you want to go to the movies this weekend?'; 'I've got these tickets to XXXXXX'

Other than that keep it professional.

Although you addressed this to the ladies I can tell you many women do not take rejection well. Some will even take it upon themselves to take vengeance. She's hurt. That's why your getting the cold treatment.

The bottom line, your boss she's out of line flirting with you. Be careful nothing is worse than a scorned woman.

I definitely don't think its wise to mix business and pleasure-especially with a superior.. I don't see how that could end well...

Like others said, keep being oblivious... this isn't the economy to be getting into work drama, people have been laid off for less..

females have the nerves to critize men when we get rejected saying. "guys always act like kids when we say no."; "Guys are afraid of rejection."; "Guys are immature about rejection."; "Guys cant handle rejection." and etc. Easy said than done, females are sacred to death about rejection. I wonder how many females went on depression/anexity pills because of rejection and how many of them committed suicide. i even see women trying to fuck up another women thats with a guy they like.

Nobody likes to be rejected, its human nature. which is why i cant stand females geting on men who got rejected. Find somebody who likes to be rejected and ill give you everything in my possession. I dont take rejection from females personal, depending on how i get rejected(fake numbers, friend zone and etc.)

Yes, its embarrassing when u constantly see a female who rejected you on a daily basis but i just tell myself..............."FUCK HER/ FUCK THAT BITCH". just to remove that embarrassment from my self-esteem. some italian chick and a black chick rejected me and they're always saying hi to me. I just ignore them bitches and go on about my fucking life as regularly scheduled :rolleyes:.

i just wish bitches stop it with that fake/random phone number bullsyht.:smh::smh: the syht is getting out of hand. Recently been getting calls at my house from 4 random ninjas asking for some chick name traci. Me an my mother got into agurements with 2 of them. That syht is fucked up and not lady like, women need to grow the fuck up with that fake number high school bullsyht. I hope legislation come up with a law or statute for that bullsyht:smh::smh::smh::smh::smh:.

We know there's always that possibility we will be rejected. So as a man you adjust to it. You approach a woman either she's interested or she's not, if not you move on.

As bad as rejection is for us it has to be worse for a woman. For a woman to go after a man she has interest in and have him reject her has to be heartbreaking at the least. Even worse if some other woman in the office is getting the attention she's craving. Women don't usually put themselves out there like that. When they do they probably feel very confident about their chances. In the case of the OP this woman is his boss. I'm sure there's all kinds of murmurs about what happened. This only furthers her embarrassment although it not the guys fault.

When we hit on a woman were not really sure what to expect. Could get the digits or pepper sprayed. We just don't know.

BTW if you want to hang around in this forum I suggest you clean up your terminology, drop usage of words like bitches or you may find out about that vengeance I spoke of earlier. It's only a suggestion your on your own. :cool:
 
Well I never flirted or got involved with any of her games she was playing..
It's rough out here,and Im not trying to lose my gig,
Because she dont know how to express her feelings properly...
