LA Times announces Kobe will be awarded MVP

Didn't he do this against Detroit in the NBA Finals series too?

He knew he was hurt and yet he tried to do it himself again...Didn't Fisher and Odom both have ten points in the fourth quarter? How does a team come back to tie a game up, only to lose it the way they did?

:smh:

To much truth for the Kobe lovers.

Kobe has game ...no doubt.

I always say the measure of a man is determined when facing adversity. Kobe when faced with adversity will become selfish and blame others.

We have all made mistakes, Kobe is no different. He has had to grow up in the public eye. I understand this. He refuses to accept responsibility for most of his actions.Blaming teammates, management, Shaq, ownership, and others is not the mark of a champion. He then will stay true to his own agenda whether that means hurting others or not. This is what prevents true growth.

Winning MVP or a championship will not change this.

Typical Kobe... pushing the ball around was working all 4th quarter..so what do you do... change the offensive flow and hijack the offense...it's just so damn counter-intuitive that it's hard to understand how could he make such decisions

His teammates said basically the same thing.

Losing is not bad, the Jazz are a very good team. Blaming teammates is. Phil knows he cannot blame Kobe in public because he will refuse to shoot in the next game.

Yep. No way in hell that loss should have been blamed on his teammates... If dude had just continued to play his role within the offense (which was working), as opposed to forcing the games offense to go through his shot, they would probably be up 3-1... now that his back is fucked up too, they might go down 3-2 after this next game... dude has a serious lack of patience... if something was working like gravy for an entire quarter and you don't need to change it...why change it unless the opposing team forces you to change... he played right into the game the Jazz would love... Kobe forcing the offense:smh:
