I cant believe the Celtics gave that up.
What the fuck are you talking about

What did they give up, the right to pay a 5'8 player 30 mil a year

You should be GM of the fucking Pacers
I cant believe the Celtics gave that up.
Fam IT is overrated as hell and didn't have to play with a ball dominant player like LeBron last year. If anybody expects to see the same Dude they saw last year they are fooling themselves and Kyrie might just be better in Boston. Kyrie >>> IT in every category and it's not even close...They keep Kyrie's scoring prowess (approximately) and they get that Nets pick (which, knowing the Nets, will be high).
And lets give Crowder his due, dude is a good role player.
Kaboom!!!!and they don't guard him.
so they even.
Even tho it's over for the Cavs they clearly won that trade off BK's pick
Bron still leaving tho
It's over... GS sent the Cavs to the bushes
Dwade better not even think about joining the Cavs this year especially if he get that buyout

how you gonna make this argument when 3 months ago he just got lil bro'd by wall and then Kyrie lil bro'd him into faking an injury lolThey keep Kyrie's scoring prowess (approximately) and they get that Nets pick (which, knowing the Nets, will be high).

Man people are gonna realize sooner or later that LeBron is not a good teammate for that type of player. Dude is gonna be a C level player for them next year basically spitting up for shots that get blocked and fucking up their defensive rotations. Anybody thinking adding him is a good idea is fooling themselvesPlus he's coming off an injury, that they won't know about until training camp. And speed is everything to him.

it's a good trade for both teams
THeres no pay cuts in NBA famDAMN! I really thought IT had a home in Boston.
NO loyalty in those front offices yet they expect players to commit and take pay cuts "for the team"
All the marketing around him in Boston and loving Boston...the second they could get a better player it's *peace out*

WTF?
We were talking about the Nets 2018 draft pick.
Read up before you talk dude.

IT faked an injury?
Ok dude, you got me. He was just scared of playing against Kyrie.
I agree that Kyrie is better then IT.
IT will have to do more catch and shoot but I dont see why he couldnt adjust to that. Just like Lebron let Kyrie handle the ball more then he did, Lebron will share with IT. By the way, the gap between Lebron and Hayward is bigger then the gap between Kyrie and IT.
The Celtics have no one to guard IT, Love or Lebron.
You tell me what makes the Celtics better then the Cavs.
You making a nice case for beantownMarcus Smart is a good defensive player
They also have Terry Rozier
Lebron? Jaylen Brown But nobody can guard Lebron anyway.
Kevin Love? You serious? Marcus Morris and Horford
Rigggghttt yet against these same top PGs he always roasting the fuck out of them..
Which way u want it?
That was a joke
However him getting lil bro'd by Wall and Kyrie is no joke.
How is this a good trade for the Cavs?
Fam him and Wall both had their moments in the series.
Regardless, you know how good Wall is?
Ive seen him son Kyrie too.
Hell Ive seen Jeff Teague son Kyrie.
The Cavs werent gonna get a player as good as Kyrie in a trade anyway.
That's my point fam. They guard him, but he doesn't guard them.
Facts is just facts. Steph was guarding JR Smith most of the finals.
WTF are you talking about. You act like Boston gave up a lot.
Lebron is gone after this year
They got a draft pick
and the right to pay a 5'8 player 30+ mil
No player in this draft, Bagley, Porter or Ayton is going to be as good as Lebron....not even close...bottom line
And they didn't get better THIS year. The one that counts.
So what the fuck did Boston give up? If anything it helped them with a tough decision of letting Isaiah go.
Kyrie sonned Thomas 3 months ago.
that's not up for debate.
Until that draft pick is determine, and who knows what player is gonna be available with that pick, in terms of the actual players exchanged Cleveland took a major loss with this trade plus when they do make that pick LeBron is gonna be long gone so your stuck with an overrated 5-9 overpaid player and a bunch of supplemental pieces while the Celtics just picked up arguably a top 3 PG, 25 years old and still in his prime. The Celtics won this trade easily, especially with the young core of talent they already have.Man.. that Nets pick is probably gonna be a top 5 pick. That's a haul considering the deal season was over and you know Cleveland HAS to make a deal. Under the circumstances, the cavs did well.
THeres no pay cuts in NBA fam
Go back to lurking
Essentially it does if IT can't make adjustments and they meet in the finals. The Celtics to me are more loaded with consistent offense at this point than the Cavs are.And its got nothing to do with this trade.
Wow your post is so full of nonsense i dont even know where to start.
1. Duh, no player from the 2018 draft will be as good as Lebron. Thanks Nostradamus.
2. High draft picks do have alot of value. Just look at Phoenix who basically said no to Kyrie for Bledsoe and a high draft pick.
3. The Cavs dont have to keep Isiah long term either. This deal does keep in the finals for the upcoming season.
4. This topic is about the specific trade, not if Lebron stays long term.
