I read he only gave up doing old school shaolin themed flicks.
He has no problems shooting movies where kung fu is the dominant fighting style.

Yeah, I've seen a hella lot of his Shaolin movies. He's always bald on top w/ a ponytail on back. Sometimes when you just click it on it's hard to tell which movie it is: "Is this Once Upon a China or The Legend?"

I think he's played out those Shaolin movies. This new Jackie/Jet Li film looks cool.
