These athletes aren't scholars- or at least Kobe isn't. Kareem, Wilt, Jim Brown and others were conscious superstars when it was dangerous to be that- toby has it easy and is a dipshit

Kareem, Wilt, and Jim Brown all grew up in a time where college was not an option. when you wanted to play in the NBA in there day there was no straight from high school. I think the minimum was 2 years college. Kobe has never once been reguarded for ability above the shoulders. So why you looking for it now? there is nothing there.

Mbenga looked uncomfortable, but that is what happens when you do not stand up to people, and for who you are. When you spend your time to be like someone else, you will find yourself in these types of situations when they rib you about who you are. These people have been team mates for a long time, and I hope Mbenga has not tried to fit in so much that he has sold his soul to them.

I wonder what would happen if Mbenga said "Parents in this room, lock up your white daughters because Kobe is in the house"...

I doubt that he would be a Laker by the end of the week. Mbenga is a millionaire and there is no reason for him to carry the bucket of spit anymore ..While we are on this subject, he needs to move to a team like Boston, which could do with another 7 footer. I didn't say that they were not friends. All i am pointing out is Didier Ilunga-Mbenga's facial expression and Kobe and them trying to be funny. There is a time and place for the BS.
