The op is an idiot. The driver made a legal move. The single dotted line means you can use the other lane to pass. He couldn’t see the oncoming car due to the truck. From the drivers point of view he has a clear pass.

Dude passed at least the car with the dash cam....maybe another one behind that one because there was no "recovery".... the car had been straight in that lane for at least one car length....then you see 2 cars ahead of him...

So they tried to pass at least 3 cars with at least the camper visibly on coming......
