Kevin Love showing flashes, he might be back!!!

Who can the Cavs trade Love for?

Love/Mozgov for Boogie?
Love for Faried/Hickson?
Love for Lopez?
Love for Morris/Chandler?
Love for D-12?
Love for Zack/Jeff Green?

I swore he was gonna throw it down or at least shoot the three, but a floater off the backboard and he took a bunch of steps before he put the ball down. Sheeeeeeiiiitttt!

I like this one and something with Detroit.

but to strengthen an East Coast team ALREADY on rise could be a HUGE strategic mistake.

Yes Love is over rated but damn near averaging a triple double even on a bad team in the WEST is something...

Love isn't the best ever but he is a great player who cannot play a lick of defense and I don't blame Bron entirely (although he did want him)

I think this is MORE of a reflection on Blatt's coaching and Love's willingness to play off the ball.

bosh tried to tell him...and I am NOT saying Bosh is an all time great better is better than he gets credit for and while he was FAR from perfect on those Heat teams

He got in where he fit in.

Love is a better rebounder, Bosh is a better defender (Love is HORRIBLE). Both are inconsistent offensively. I remember when certain posters on BGOL implied Bron "needed" Bosh's presence and spacing as a shooter to be effective in the interior.

The trade for Cousins is the only possibility. Everyone else makes the Cavs worst overall. Cousins can step out and shoot the 3 and he's actually going to demand the ball unlike Love and Bosh at times. If this trade went down they would need a true shooting 3&D SF and let Bron play the 4 for small ball lineups against the Warriors.

Bosh mid range and 3pt shot allowed Bron and Wade to operate that paint with impunity

agreed.

I like that twin kid in Phoenix for the Cavs too.

I think Jared Dudley would be a good fit on the Cavs now without Cousins on the roster. Jefferson and Jones can give you a few 3s off the bench but they're not going to give you anything on D. Shumpert is injury prone. The Cavs could use some depth.

but they only got ONe roster spot and hose contracts are hellish and don;t forget they WAT over the cap and paying those taxes

Tristan is REALLY disappointing me and Kyrie is STILL playing himself back into shape.

But they STILL have enough to work with.

I seriously think that old point forward stuff Nellie used to run in Golden State make work here.

I REALLY think it is coaching.

Yo CANNOT have a weapon like Kevin Love and not use him.

Seriously he is a HELL of a passer! Dude was throwing outlet passes cross court like Cam Newton back in Minnesota.

He can shoot too WTF????

Cavs should be able to flip Jefferson, Mo Williams and Jones for a SF.

The Cavs are badly coached for one. Bron wanted Love so he needs to utilize him to the best of Love's ability. Love should get his touches at the beginning to get him going. LeBron and Kyrie can get there's when ever they want.

Yup...Love ain't a all time great, they started the season doing good by him...they that faded....

They got that ass whooped, Love challenged Lebron publicly(which shouldn't be needed, you want to be the best ever, you should've need teaates question your effort and energy...) shit looking like it did in the beginning if the season without Kyrie.

Also cats gotta understand in Miami the made Bosh into a Love type of player. Just so happens Bosh defense is way better, other than that his game/flow got alter which effected his energy on offense to often.

I got a trade that can happen for love or without Love.

They would be 12 deep for sure...

Pelicans:
Anderson & Trade exceptions (12 & 3)

For

Ryan Anderson
(Anderson likely gone, big money will be there, this off season)

Irving, Delly,Mo
Jr, Shum, Cunning
Lebron, Jefferson
Love, Anderson, Jones
Mozgov, TT, Khan

It's funny. When Love was doing good in the beginning of the year before Kyrie's return, folks were quiet as crickets. Soon as he starts to fuck up, it's back to Love bashing. Damn it will be nice to see the Cavs win just to make so many people feel bitter about Love. :lol2:

I realize they ALL need the ball but it was essentially the same story in Miami

this CAN and SHOULD work and it did the first 2 games of the finals last year.

I disagree with you though I think they need to work through Bron and let him distribute

Bron need to be in triple double mode every night

Let Kyrie do what he do and USE Love as a consistent weapon.

OK he doesn't play defense but that ability to open the floor and get that fast break started shouldn't be wasted.

But you right its all about coaching cause I guarantee...Pop, Rick Carlyle, Stan Van, hell Jell Van Gundy could make this team a champion.

I brought up Anderson replacing Love back in the summer in threads. Anderson is more comfortable in the role as a stretch 4. He ate off kick outs from Howard in Orlando and grabbed around double digits in rebounds. The Cavs are a lock to be back in the eastern conference finals until Butler and Paul George get help on their squads. Cleveland getting over the Warriors is their issue right now.
