Kevin Costner May Join Cast of Quetin Tarantino’s ‘Django Unchained’

Casting for Quentin Tarantino’s spaghetti Western “Django Unchained” has been a slow process for the past couple of months, but it has finally starting to come together.
Veteran actor Kevin Costner is in talks to join the cast as Ace Woody. The character is described as “a sadistic trainer of male fighting slaves who entertain the white patrons of Candyland as well as the female slaves who are forced to be prostitutes.”
He will join the cast that may include Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Samuel L. Jackson and Leonardo DiCaprio.
It was reported last month that Foxx is in negotiations for the lead role of Django, a freed slave who will try to free his wife from the villains.
The film will be in production later this year to be released sometime on Christmas Day in 2012.
