Hemay have had a point. Talent wise, Denver was certainly on par with Los Angeles. What they DIDN'T have was Jackson.

he definitely has a point, but we'll never know how his hypothesis would've played out.
the nuggets couldn't stop the fakers 2 best players (pau gasol and lamar odom), and the nuggets lost because of it.
if he felt the nuggets should've been playing pau gasol straight up (which i agree with), then the nuggets post players needed to demonstrate that they could hold either pau gasol or lamar odom straight up.
the nuggets couldn't, coach karl blinked first, forgot his NC schooling, and pau gasol and lamar odom made them pay repeatedly.

I agree. I did notice that they got some perimeter defenders at the expense of losing Kleiza. But the fact of the matter is K-Mart is a small PF. Once you start doubling on defense against the triangle, it's a wrap.

Lamar was a bum when he was in the starting line up and was counted on to be productive every night. He couldn't handle the pressure.
He played the best of his Lakers career in the WCF and the Finals. Surprised me and I'm sure a lot of others that he finally played up to his potential.
I'm referring to you saying the Lakers two best players are Gasol and Odom.
