I see the criticism often, quick to record, not to help. What should we be expected to do if we see a 40-50 year old adult zonked out in the streets? Force then into our car, find some counseling for them? Drive them to a facility for treatment? Most of us aren't social workers.

You really want them to call 911 so the police show up and kill Murray? So he recorded. Good, put it out there. So he laughed. So what? Did laughing hurt that spaced out addict? Put the blame where it belongs.
