15 years ago after my 2nd kid I was going to move down there to Ben Hill/Cascade Heights area. Found a house and had a job and all. As my homie said, at one time there was an Atlanta and it was called Harlem, and we see how that turned out. Growing up in Harlem myself and thinking about what he said made me change my mind.

It's a gift and a curse. Transplants made Atlanta a hotspot but hot-spot become targets.
Like any other place where black folk move to (whether in state or out of state) the first two waves of blaxk folk are fill with very productive people. It's usually the third wave of folk filled with less progressive people and more regressive black folk that fuck shit up.
