Does anyone know about the best way to Sublet your apartment without management knowing about it?

How do you find people who can be trustworthy & responsible enough to just take over the monthly maintenance without drawing attention?
 
It is legal, Damian, but not in my complex. I just own shares in CoOp City, not the apartment. Officially if I decide to move, I'm supposed to notify management, give up the keys, bounce and wait for them to return my equity.
But I'm hearing stories about people holding on to their apartments & just having family or friends move in and maintain paying the rents.
I always been legit, so I don't know how to go round about things.
I don't know many people I can rely on not to fuck shit up and end up on managements radar
