That was Lebron spin...because the doctor talked about how his trainer got him back on court and Lebron endured the pain for the team and fans.

There was probably some truth to that...meaning he wasn't 100% and probably couldn't make it worse, and just had to suck it up...but some of that was bullshit

Any player can be dealt...but trading assets....or extending contracts against your cap aren't good things.

To get rid of Mosgov the Lakers had to give up a player

and when it's a bad contract you normally can't do it until their last year or second to last year(Conley)

Tim Hardaway is only making 18 mil...which isn't that bad anymore...and the Snickers had to give up a fuckin all star and their best player in KP to get rid of him.

Do you look at the deals at all?

You making excuses for why players getting dealt. My argument is they get dealt plain and simple. Y’all keep talking about money man look at what the NBA is? Look at the moves teams like the Jazz and Pacers made. Having cap space don’t mean shit if niggas don’t want to come to you. Ask the Knicks and Mavs. Now the Mavs look stupid with cap space and no trade assets because they living in the past on how to get your team better.

How am I making excuses

Some of these players have been on the trading block for years. Whiteside was on the trading block for the past two years and they finally got rid of him in his last year. Same with contracts like Crabbe, Evan Turner and Bazemore. Let's see how long it takes Minnesota and Wiggins...they've been trying to get rid of him since last year.

I said from the beginning bad contract are liabilities....and having to deal draft picks and talent isn't a good thing

They overpaid for Russell and gave up draft picks for him. Who else was going to give him a max, most teams don't need a point guard. The only possibility were the Lakers, Phoenix and Minnesota, and Minnesota and Phoenix didn't have the cap money.

Having space means something...because you can absorb bad contracts from dumb teams and take their draft picks...that's what Atlanta, Memphis and New Orleans are doing. We'll take your bad contract, because we need to meet the minimum anyway...but give us a first. You have multiple draft picks in case you want to use them or you can use those draft picks to trade for players. It makes sense for teams in small or less than desirable markets.

Nah I watch those shows during NBA, NFL, College Football and College Basketball seasons, they are constantly claiming sources, one commentators source will claim one thing and another commentators source will claim something else. When the truth comes out whichever one was ”right” will puff their chest out and whichever one was wrong will just carry on and find something else to talk about like his source didn’t even say anything. Just like now, nobody had any idea that Kawhi was gonna make this decision but now they all on there talking about the reasons why he went to Clippers after they were saying the Clippers were out of it.
