I'd do that deal all day every day. Clippers have really never been shit. Even with Chris Paul, Blake,etc they were just a highlight reel..not real contenders. They should be contenders now (an for a long time if Kawhi signs long-term)and moving all those picks (which will mostly be late rounders except for the miami picks) gets you Kawhi as well in free agency (who is at worst top 3 in the league).

They might legit have the best defense in the NBA now.

plus, you keep the Lakers from becoming a superteam which would have made the Clippers irrelevant for another decade..

Lakers should pick up Boogie on a one year deal. Boogie and AD were good for the short amount of time that they had together. And with them resigning Javale, they could have Boogie and Javale as their mainstay centers. That way AD could stay at the 4, which he likes more than being a center anyway.
