yeah if anything they will send the child with the mother if there is no father involved, i know a chick living in Canada who mother did the same shit, she was born in Florida but when they deported moms the daughter had to leave also unless another relative was able 2 take the baby. i may not know all the detials and loop holes tho but im goin on what she told me

dont she have a kid that was born in the US? how can they deport her if her kid is a citizen???

thats not a law in this country.
there are countries like brazil where if u have a child by a citizen you gain citizenship by default.

thats what that kid Jesse James Hollywood did when he went on the run for kidnapping and killing a 15 year old kid; went to brazil and knocked up a local to avoid being extradicted and escaping a life sentence.
the only reason he got caught is becuz the law didnt apply bcuz he used a fake passport to get there.
