If they had an agreement, IMO the money was for not mentioning anything that they did together. Him talking about her or her kid was not apart of the agreement. However her mentioning some shit they did together is. If the agreement was in writing Amber just fucked up and will be paying for it. If they had no written agreement and Kanye just paid her a million with the hopes she wouldn't say anything then he basically paid to be outed publicly.
Agreements dont last forever; alot of those have like 5-7 year windows right...
