Ok... So basically in the Snyder world.... Superman becomes Evil because Darkseid found the Anti-Life equation and used that to control Superman..

Why the fuck can't we see this shit...

This is the type of shit that I want to see..... This is some fucking Epic type shit.

I think what happened with WB is the same thing that happened with Sony. I remember when a lot of those Sony emails leaked and they were making that really bad Fantastic Four reboot and in the emails basically it came out that Sony and the people working there I thought they were too good to make superhero movies. To the point where they had to put in an extra action scene even though they didn't want to because they felt it was too lowbrow.

I bet with WB kind of the same thing happened. They wanted to make a superhero movie with Justice League but they didn't feel like going through all the trouble that Marvel did setting everything up. So they tell Snyder, a dude who actually doesn't like comics, to make a comic movie and at the same time tell him that he has to introduce all these characters and keep it to two hours.

Yeah it looks like Snyder was trying to incorporate some of the storyline from the Injustice game that DC made into a comic. Same thing.....in that one Joker tricked Superman into killing Lois and Supes snaps, kills Joker and turns evil.

There was also a story where Darkseid found a way to mind control Supes and made him like his herald.

If you remember my complaints in this thread .... It was alot about my issues with Flash.

He looked like a fucking idiot ... His running looked retarded

In this movie ... the way he ran made fucking sense ... Almost like he was swimming ... Like he was cutting through the speed force and in the Joss version... He looked clumsy

Like you pointed out... He was a little nerdy ... Cause Barry Allen is a little nerdy... but in this movie he was the one that kept trying to get them to focus sometimes. He made points...

The big rescue scene is completely different this time.... No comedic banter ... When he tripped .... He didn't say shit. There were no weird gropping moments ... Everyone was focused.

True but they also had a sequence where he pushed one of the parademons and it flew the guy into the wall and crushed him.

So the changes to the personalities of the characters made a big difference. Reviving Superman wasn't just a Batman idea but the entire team's idea.

Wonder Woman was more like her comic character. She's cool with you but will kill you if you REALLY want to take it there.

The one thing about Snyder I don't like is that he makes Superman a brooding boring guy and he's not.
 
OK here's some of the things I didn't like.....

They used WW theme music WAY TOO FUCKING MUCH!!!! Every time you saw her they played that shit.

I still think Cyborg dad should of lived.

There's a few videos on YouTube where they compare Weedon scenes vs Snyder scenes. I hate the muted colors Snyder likes.

I feel like the extended version of Batman v. Superman ....showed a different side to him... but overall I get your point.

It pisses me off ... cause I think Cavil is the perfect dude for Superman and WB fucked it up..

He got one good movie and in every other movie he hasn't been allowed to shine...

Fucking Brainiac is just sitting right there and WB continues to say fuck it.

Darkseid was simply UXAS before stealing the Omega force from his brother which gave him his abilities like the Omega Beams. When he faced off with Zeus and Ares he probably didn't have the Omega force or had just received it.
 
I heard that whatever we seen in the first movie that wasn't in the second was all Joss. So what Joss Whedon done was removed completely which tells me even with harsh editing to reduce Snyder's cut to 2-3 hours It would have been 100 times better than Joss Whedon's JLA. What Joss done didn't need to be added. It also solidifies Ray Fisher's claims against Whedon may be true. Both Fisher's Cyborg and Ezra Miller's Flash character's were down played greatly in the Whedon film but were totally key to the film.

Exactly that. While I enjoyed Man of Steel using Snyder who doesn't like the IDEA of Superman did go a long way to killing any additional movies.

Dude turned Superman into Batman.

Dont forget that wonder woman in the dceu is also Zeus daughter Steppenwolf even said that she has the blood of the old gods running through her. That is why shes mote powerful and different from all the other Amazons.

  2. Cyborg is the star of the movie but the still glossed over the pain that was his life. Better but still had the potential to be even better.

  4. Why is Wonder Woman calling Superman Kal El? In this universe he doesn't know this bitch! Why is this bitch using his real name like they have history? Dumb bitch!
4 years for this shit? Naw the didn't have to waste the money making it.

It isn't canon so I won't know why they green lit it. Who is in charge here?

They also did that in Superman the animated series in the last season. There is an else worlds story called son of apokolips where Kal-el gets sent to apokolips instead of earth and he is raised to be darkside heir and cbampion
 
Superman had the black suit at the end when he was Clark Kent running in the alley changing into Superman. Why?

Then in the "nightmare future" - Superman is wearing the traditional suit. That is when he should be wearing the black suit no?

The desaturated color palette is wack.

I hate the color palettes of all superhero movies except Spiderman.

In the clip below, you will see the 3 Gods of Olympus have glowing arms & stand 2x TWICE as tall as normal humans. :yes:

There is Zeus.. and his son Ares (as he puts on his war helmet)... and the large woman is Zeus' daughter, named Artemis.
Artemis is the Goddess of the Hunt. She wields a glowing Bow & Arrow.

At the 2:45 mark, Artemis is shown shooting Darkseid with arrows a split second before the Atlantean causes a big shockwave with his trident . :yes:

But she takes a MUCH clearer shot at the at the 2:52 mark. :yes:
You can definitely see it is her if you pause the video. :yes:
She's the only person on the battlefield who shoots 'glowing' arrows.

trim the first 12 minutes into a 60 sec montage
trim most slow motion shots
trim petshop / Iris rescue to half, same with Amazons v Steppinwolf, same with Bruce meets Arthur- that's over an hour chopped


Whedon /WB really screwed this up by trying to come in under 2 hours...
just compare the 2 versions of the WW bank hostages...

beg Nolan or Gillroy or Affleck to sit in on the edit.... :itsawrap:

I'm watching the whedon version and there are some tighter scenes and dialog there and that scene where aquaman is sitting on WW rope and confessing his true feelings is hilarious..IMO that one scene is a keeper...not ALL of the whedon version was shit... but the cuts you suggest are the some ones I was thinking too...:yes:
