Technically its not dual exhaust unless each pipe is coming from its own carbuerator, its a split single exhaust.

make sure you check on the shift gear. my homeboy has a 2006 Charger and he cant move it into drive. And it doesnt have a shift unlock button.

I bought a 07 Charger a month ago...my single exhaust pipe is bigger than both your "Magna Flows", which those arent...thats a split single exhaust system that is stock on certain editions of the Charger like Lurk Gibson stated.
The guy isnt even installing an exhaust system....
See how clean the fuel tank is?...thats because its new.
