The woman who babysat her (her uncle used to babysit her before her mom got tired of his useless lazy ass and put him out) found her in bed naked with another little girl. My niece said it was okay because her uncle used to do it. The lady told her mother and it came out he used to molest her. THis is super fucked up because his sister took his ass in when he got out of jail for catburgler shit when no one else would.How did it all come out?

Nah, family is complicated. Dude was gone by the time his son, molester Jr was 2. So many women keep wanting guys they just met to move in and they don't know them. This is what happened. During the 2 years (my ex was between 4 and 6) her mom was fucking him he would sneak out of her room at night...yeah. He eventually left my ex's mom for another chick who he got caught molesting that girl's daughter. I think he did time for that, but not sure.

Didn't read all the posts that followed. The law doesn't play along with molestation cases in Ohio if the victims are backed by family. Problem is, some families are just so fucked up they let it keep going. They don't back victims.

You're right. I'm not about that life. And I don't need to prove that I am something I'm not by doing something that could land me in jail for a long time. I'm definitely not about that life. The most important thing to remember about crime is if you're going to do it getting away with it is of higher importance then the commission of the crime.
I got to use my mind. First, talk to the mother of the girl, ensure that the little girl gets help. Talk to relatives and Ensure that if he pokes his head out of that gopher hole somebody better speak.
Inform the girl's father, because even though he's a deadbeat, he might...might step up and do what needs to be done without me having to say a thing.
I grew up with some Puerto Ricans back in the day. A close friend of mine. His father was a C.O. at Rikers Island. This was a family of 5. Mother, father, 2 boys, 1 girl. Lived in a big house. The mother's brother lived upstairs with his wife and their son and daughter. The kids got everything they ever wanted. I was always at their house (playing, eating, watching movies, WWF, pay-per view fights etc.). I envied my friend because everything he ever asked, he got it.
I go away to college and visit NY every now and then. I realized their father was gone. My friend moved to GA. so their mother, sister and youngest son was still in NY. The father i was told, was in Puerto Rico, visiting. When I came back to NY permanently, I ran into a friend who was close to my Spanish family. He said their father was caught on the job molesting a coworker's child on the job. The coworker ended up breaking the father's arm. He was fired as a C.O. He didn't tell the family anything. He tried opening a restaurant, but that tanked. Then, he was caught touching his nephew, who lived upstairs. His WIFE'S brother's SON. He got arrested for that! Meanwhile, when the father is arrested and going through the motions of the court system, his youngest son was just wildin out. Joined a gang, getting arrested, robbing people. Sad thing, his father was sentenced, the same day as the son. they both seen the same judge back to back. After their father served 8 years in prison, they deported his ass.
Also, my friends mother, NEVER had a job. She always stayed home, cooked, etc. When ALL this shit went down, she stopped talking to the father. The father tried communicating with her from prison. She wasn't hearing that. So from prison, the father sold the house up from under her. The NEW owner came to the house and told her she had 30 days to get out.
Sad shit man. I don't see what dudes see in touching kids. Here I thought they had the perfect family, but they weren't. Their father was holding all the molesting shit in for YEARS.... SMH.

My brother in laws body was just found. Please pray for the family.
He was doing them a favor, watching their kids while they went to work. He didn't have anywhere to stay and they thought it was a symbiotic relationship. They gave him a little bit of money and he watched the kids. Before he came they would on rare occasions drop the kids at my place (only when I wanted, cuz folks abuse shit like that )
