shit...i've got BOTH boiled crabs and shrimp in the fridge right now. i'm hooking up two sauces for my Mom tonight. for the crabs, she's getting a chinese salt & pepper fusion with butter, ginger, scallion, garlic, and lots of black pepper. for the shrimp, i'm making a vietnamese-inspired sauce with lots of sweet chile sauce, fish sauce, super hot fried chile paste, fried garlic & purple shallot.
tonight is cajun/Asian fusion night.
