Why go back to Africa when no one from the motherland came to rescue us...
Ummm... how do you propose that our relatives would come to the states and "save you"?
Anyway, there is no real need to go to Africa. But understanding history (not the lies told in school) is important. There is a myth a lot of people hold that most of the slaves came from other Africans selling people to white follks. I feel like this is the source of a lot of resentment toward African immigrants today.
Fact is, that it is damn near impossible for any group of Africans to have sold all of the hundreds of millions of our ancestors who were brought here and to the Caribbean. It's numerically impossible. Anyway... "interesting" video...
