One of the most horrendous coaching hires in NFL history. This loser effectively gutted the team of all its talent, wasted draft picks on poor prospects, and then got booted out of town.

I still cant get over the Tebow draft pick. He might turn out to be a productive QB but you cant bank your whole draft on it when you have so many holes.

mcdaniels inherited a top qb a top wr and a good emerging rb
all he had to do was fix the defense but instead he dismantled the whole team and set them back like 5 years

Getting rid of Cutler and Marshall is a wash because Llyod and Orton have performed on par or better.
Singletary should hire McDaniel to be his offensive coordinator.
