Me personally..I'd take Jordan..cats seem to forget the havoc he created on the court..no slight to LeBron.

Jordan was more polished overall..with better defense and a more diverse offensive arsenal..

I think Jordan is the GOAT but I agree with you here. I think Lebron is a more complete player now than Jordan was at 25. At that point, Jordan still had not developed his low post game....Jordan, even as a 2, was the best low post player in the NBA for the second half of this career... couldnt do anything with Jordan as the post player in the triple post..
 
Jordan was extremely efficient in a more defense based era...he used to get fucked up on a regular basis..

To shoot 53% from the field and avg 32.5 a game..is nothin short of amazing

As someone said it's hard to seperate Jordan from his legacy. It would be easier if the OP posted Jordans career up to 25 and Lebron's. I'm to lazy to do it, plus this isn't my thread...:cool:

why do ya people stay disrepecting jordan.. do u kno how fast,how athletic, how unstoppable he was b4 he retired the first time.. he was air jordan from 84-93, he was jordan from 95-98, he was a has been when he was on the wizards.. jordan has went through 3 phrases in his career.. the first was an unstoppable athletic scoring machine, the second was a a mature stronger but less athletic jump shooter..the other jordan was the wannabe bizzman.. kobe and lebron r really good players even great but there not jordan period
 
Come on, are you serious? Jordan! Lebron has a whole offense built around him and still doesn't have a ring.

I used to watch him live during that era when he played my Pistons. Jordan was definitely all-world at that point and even at that point the most talented player in the NBA but I still think Lebron at 25 is a more complete player than Jordan at 25. I am not even saying a better player because they are different types of players.. I just think Lebron is a more complete player at 25 than Jordan at 25..but damn man.... hard to call...because Jordan was the more efficient scorer in a tougher defense era and was definitely the better defender at 25 than Lebron right now..
 
Lebron needs to stay very straight and polish up his talking act a bit.

So he can get a TV analyst job after his NBA time is up.

Does anyone think Lebron could go into coaching?

Lebron needs some work planned to keep him busy after basketball is over.

Damn..& again this is against stiffer defense w/ no pussified hand checkin rules.
 
Let me see Lebron go up against the same defense the league was playing when Jordan was 25, then get back to me

Who is the Dennis Rodman, Charles Oakley, etc etc of this era? Ron Artest? Are you kidding me? In this day of Tic Tac fouls? I would like to see someone molest Kobe or Lebron the way the Pistons did Jordan. You are kIDDING ME...That era gave us Magic, Olajuwon, David Robinson, Karl Malone, Shawn Kemp, Charles Barkley, Clyde Drexler.. There was war on a nightly basis no matter where you went in the league. Softies like Tim Duncan would have been crying together with Kevin Duckworth as they were pummeled in the low post by the Davises... So you think Pau Gasol can drive on Bill Lambeer? watch what you are smoking son...

No doubt. At this point, he has several more years in the league...the question was who would you take at 25... Im not even saying that Lebron is the better player.. but I think the better all around player and I would want him before Jordan @ 25. Jordan at 25 was still better than even most of the greats in the prime but Jordan wasnt, despite how crazy his stats were, the Jordan of those titles team..especially the last 3 titles... but Jordan of the last 3 titles, with this post game and intelligence, is still light years ahead of ANYONE in the NBA right now..
 
I am taking Jordan, he would average 50 a game with how the defensive rules are now. They were talking about this shit on the radio today and someo ne said that the zone D they have now would of given Jordan problems...:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Zeke inbound pass..stolen by Bird..pass to DJ...layup...Boston Wins... as a kid, I almost had a fucking heart attack watching that shit...i have never in my life..even until this day, had such a rapid switch of emotions..i went from :dance::dance::dance: to :eek::smh::(:angry::angry::angry::angry::puke: in one secon flat... i was almost the youngest muthafucka in the world to have a heart attack..i literally fell out...
